At Medlys Derma, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to ensure that you receive high-quality products in perfect condition.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is defective upon arrival

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Timeframe

You must report any issue within 3–5 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer (as applicable)

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Items purchased on clearance or promotional discounts (if mentioned)

Exchange Policy

We may offer exchanges for incorrect or damaged items, subject to stock availability.
